How do I cancel my Astropet+ subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Astropet and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current period. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com (or Settings → Report a Problem) to request one.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your readings, moods, journal, wallet, and pet data. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.

How do I export my data?

Email support@astropet.app and we'll send a copy of your data within 30 days (GDPR Art. 20).

Do I need my pet's exact birth time?

No — birth time is optional. The reading works from the birth date alone; time and place just add nuance.

Is Astropet accurate / scientific?

Astropet generates content using astrological frameworks for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice — if your pet shows signs of illness or distress, please contact a veterinarian.
