Using Astropet
You need an account to save pets and unlock content. You agree to give us a real birth date for your pet so the readings work — fake data produces useless readings.
You agree not to abuse the service: no scraping, no automated reads, no reselling generated readings as your own product.
Subscription (Astropet+)
Astropet+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed via Apple. The price and length are shown at the point of purchase.
Your subscription renews each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Promotional gift periods (for example, the welcome week or a month included with a report purchase) simply end when their time runs out — they never auto-convert and never charge you. If a store-billed introductory period is ever offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end unless cancelled. We can't refund partial periods — that's an Apple policy.
One-time purchases
Pet Reports, Personal Reports, and the compatibility add-on are one-time purchases. They unlock immediately for the user account that paid. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies — open Settings → Report a Problem to request one.
If a refund is granted, the content tied to that purchase is removed from your account.
Content is for entertainment
Readings, daily lens, and forecasts are generated using astrological frameworks for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not veterinary, medical, behavioral, legal, or financial advice. If your pet shows signs of illness or distress, contact a veterinarian.
Account closure
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible — your readings, moods, journal, and wallet balance are removed and cannot be recovered.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers + liability
The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but we don't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Astropet isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in [jurisdiction].
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
